Hiroshi leads TVC's overall strategy and is responsible for the firm's most complex cross-border M&A mandates. With over 20 years of experience in Japan and Asia-Pacific M&A, he has advised on transactions across manufacturing, technology, and financial services sectors. Previously a Director at a leading Japanese investment bank.

Sarah oversees TVC's Southeast Asia operations, based in Singapore. She has led advisory mandates across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, with particular strength in consumer, healthcare, and technology transactions. MBA from INSEAD, with prior experience at McKinsey & Company.

Kenji leads TVC's Japan sell-side advisory practice, specializing in family business succession and PE-backed exits. He has a deep understanding of Japanese business culture and has facilitated over 50 Japan M&A transactions during his career. Previously with a major Japanese securities firm.

Priya leads TVC's India and South Asia practice. She advises on both inbound M&A from Japan and other Asian markets into India, and outbound Indian company acquisitions across Southeast Asia. Former Vice President at ICICI Securities with extensive cross-border deal experience.

David manages TVC's Korean corporate relationships and supports cross-border M&A between Korea and Southeast Asia. He has built TVC's Korean client base from zero and manages relationships with major Korean chaebol and mid-size corporates seeking ASEAN expansion.

Akiko leads TVC's capital raising practice, connecting growth-stage companies across Asia with Japanese and international investors. She has raised over $200M in equity and debt capital across technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors since joining TVC.
