We collaborate with M&A advisors, accounting/tax/legal firms, PE/VC and investor networks, corporate development teams, and industry operators who want cross-border execution support—especially Japan/Asia coverage.
What partnership models do you offer?
We offer Referral Partnership (introduction-only) and Custom Deal Structures. Co-advisory and “Asia Desk” support can be delivered via white-label or co-branded arrangements depending on the deal.
What is the referral fee structure?
For referral (introduction-only) partnerships, we share 15–20% of TVC’s success fee, depending on the engagement and agreed scope.
What is a “Co-Advisory” partnership in practice?
Co-advisory means we split roles and scope clearly—by buy-side vs sell-side representation, geography (e.g., TVC handles Japan/Asia execution), or workstream (sourcing vs valuation vs negotiation).
Can TVC act as our “Asia Desk” under our brand?
Yes. We can support behind the scenes as your white-label Asia Desk (execution, sourcing, materials, DD coordination) or work co-branded with joint deliverables.
Do we need an NDA before sharing deal information?
If sensitive information is involved, we will start with a mutual NDA and follow strict confidentiality protocols and secure handling practices.
What does the partnership workflow look like?
Typical flow is: NDA & Intro → Qualification → Engagement → Execution, with milestone updates throughout the deal.
What happens during “Qualification”?
We screen the opportunity and align roles: deal thesis, target/buyer profile, estimated timeline, and who leads which workstreams—so execution is clean and accountable.
